Salvimar Circular Tied Elastic

Salvimar elastics are made with latex 100% Malaysian , enriched with an anti-aging additive to prolong its shelf life.

In the drop-down menu you will find all the variants in terms of diameter and colour for the tied circulars, inside the package also the Dyneema for the closing arch

The production process includes :

1. Drawing: this technology guarantees consistency of diameter and therefore ensures consistency of performance;

2 Passage through the Pre-Vulcanization tunnel;

3 First Quality Control;

4 First treatment with silicone component;

5 Vulcanization: slow drying in the oven at a constant temperature for 2/5 days

6 Manual silicone treatment;

7 Final quality control

- ATTENTION To increase the efficiency of the product, it is recommended to protect the elastic by treating it with liquid silicone, periodically.
